    Horrible experience. First off it has been over a month and still have not received our debit card. Furthermore we have had multiple bank errors resulting in missing money with no explanation . Account statements show it there and then just gone.Now we have a check from insurance being held with no explanation and no answer as to when it will be released even had the insurance company contact them and corporate office.

    Not willing to deal with non customers I don't recommend,when my father passed they wouldn't shut his account I even told them they could keep the money and still let it over draft and now they say he owes them the h$ll with this place
