  They suck! they get frustrated in front of customers, very unprofessional. They yell at the computers because they don't work the way they want them to. It took them from 9 o'clock in the morning too 12 o'clock in the afternoon to realize that they couldn't file my state tax. The lady didn't listen to me when I told her that I had already done my federal tax online. She kept giving me a hard time because I did my federal tax online. She was like "well you should have came to us!" and kept repeating herself over and over again trying to make me feel bad, plus she had a bad attitude. She got rude with my sister on the phone telling her she shouldn't have filed my federal tax, then she goes on telling me that she can't file my state tax. She tells me that I have to wait 2 weeks. I go back 2 weeks later and have to wait another three hours to get it done, because she messes up on it trying to file both federal and state tax after I told her that I've already filed my federal and she has all of this on file. She makes the remark "oh yeah you're the one that filed online I bet you won't do that again." Now they are telling me that they cannot file my state tax electronically saying that I have to come back up there and mail it in. They're very unprofessional and very dumbfounded honestly they need to be under better management.

  Friendly people, courteous enough. Don't be surprised if your kept waiting after your appointment time while whoever your suppose to see chats with family members on the phone. Don't depend on any back up service at all if things don't go right, they don't have any !
